Korveya Logistics operates a transactional and conversational text-messaging program. We send SMS/MMS related to quotes, bookings, dispatch coordination, shipment status, appointment windows, proof-of-delivery, and support to mobile numbers provided to us.
Consent & opt-in
By providing your mobile number through our forms, the dispatch chat, by email, or by texting us, you consent to receive text messages from Korveya at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. If texting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to provide the number.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and active shipments.
Fees
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-out
Cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After STOP, we send a final confirmation and will not text again unless you opt in.
