Operational data — if you become a customer or partner, shipment, routing, appointment, and communications data related to your freight.

How we use information

We use information to respond to quote, booking, and support requests; coordinate freight and send status, ETA, and proof-of-delivery; operate, secure, and improve our services; and meet legal, tax, and compliance obligations.

SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send transactional and conversational text messages about quotes, bookings, dispatch, and shipment status. Message frequency varies. Mobile information and SMS opt-in/consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data is shared only with sub-processors strictly to deliver the messages you requested.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers and sub-processors that help us operate (email, SMS, mapping, scheduling, hosting) under confidentiality terms; carriers, brokers, and logistics partners servicing your freight; professional advisors where appropriate; and authorities when required by law.

Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required by law or for legitimate business or compliance reasons.

Your choices & rights

Children's privacy

Our site and services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
